1. What personal information do we collect about you?
In order to provide you with our services and products, we may collect personal information about you from our websites, telephone conversations, emails, and written and oral communications. We may, for example, keep a record of your name, address, email address and/or telephone number.
In addition to the information you knowingly provide, DWOIR collects the domain names and IP addresses of its visitors to the website and app. This data is used to promote our services. DWOIR may combine this information with the personally identifiable and other information it collects.
2. How will we use your personal information?
We will primarily use your personal information to provide our services and products to you.
We may also use your personal information for one or more of the following purposes:
We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us to develop our website and our services. We may also provide such aggregate information to third parties, but these statistics will not include information that can be used to identify you.
3. Security Policy
DWOIR encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We have taken measures to maintain the highest level of security by implementing encryption. You should feel as comfortable using your credit card online as you do in a department store.
Every order at DWOIR is secure. All data submitted via the checkout form is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128 bit encryption, the highest industrial standard for commercial online payment systems, used by organizations such as the FBI.
5. Credit Card Information
The credit card numbers are placed in the SQL database on the DWOIR web server. All credit card information is stored as encrypted data. The information is scrambled and requires a virtual key possessed solely by authorized personnel, to be accessed. A user must logon, requiring a password to access the database which includes your order history. All communications during these sessions are encrypted again using SSL. No credit card numbers are ever sent via e-mail, due to the fact that e-mail is not secure.
6. Disclosure of your personal information
In very limited circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a legal obligation to do so.
