Returns & Exchange Policy

DWOIR provides a 30 day warranty on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by e-mail and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms apply:

All items can be returned within 30 days if product is unused and it is not on any promotions. All items must be in their original condition with the original tags and tickets.

Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.

Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. Products that are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage etc.) do not qualify and may be discarded.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualified refunds unless goods are defective or there is a shipping error.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.

If the packaging boxes associated with certain products are not returned, the value of the box will be subtracted from the return.

All prices are subject to change. We apologize, but errors take place with inputting pricing data from time to time. If there is a mistake in pricing or any other information displayed on our site we reserve the right to correct it without obligation.


In case of a dispute/complaint, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. In case you want to raise a dispute, we at DWOIR look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
